Claudia Castelli

Dr. Claudia Castelli

Co-Founder & Physiotherapist

After a professional volleyball career, I graduated with honors in Physiotherapy from the University of Insubria in Varese in 2016. Over the years, I have refined my techniques through numerous professional training courses, notably completing the postgraduate Master in Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise in 2017-2018, and the postgraduate Master in Manual Therapy according to the Maitland concept in 2022-2023.

Since 2017, I have collaborated with the 'Rehabilitation Center di Puricelli Giorgio' and with C.S. Alba – Tecnoteam Albese Volley, a professional women's volleyball team currently competing in the national A2 series championship.

My clinical activity primarily focuses on the musculoskeletal system, utilizing manual therapy techniques and active exercises performed by the patient to achieve balance among all bodily structures. As a former athlete, I also specialize in handling the rehabilitation process for athletes, guiding them from the early post-injury stages to a gradual return to physical activity.

I am a registered member of the Order of Physiotherapists (FNOFI) of Como-Monza Brianza-Varese with registration number 630.

Delia Panarella

Delia Panarella

Pilates instructor

I've always been passionate about movement; dance has been my great love story. At sixteen, I left for France to pursue the dream of becoming a dancer, but a few years later, a back injury stopped me and brought me back to Italy.

I discovered Pilates thanks to a dear teacher of mine; she gave me the foundations to return to dancing and a new passion to study. I approached the Enza Arrizzi school in Milan at the Art of Pilates, where I began my study path.

My passion for this discipline led me to broaden my thirst for knowledge through self-study and training courses in posture, functional rehabilitation, and sports massage.

The well-being I was able to provide to people who approached me in this world made me realize that there was a need for more knowledge related to health. So, I began my studies in Naturopathy.

Being in the field for just over ten years, I am a trainer for new Pilates instructors.

Elisa Sorrentino

Dr. Elisa Sorrentino

Nutritionist

Always passionate about cooking and good food, I worked as a cook for three years before deciding to completely change my life and start studying again with the goal of becoming a nutritionist.

So, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Milan, and completing an internship at the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, I successfully passed the state exam in May 2024.

I now work as a Nutritionist Biologist and focus on developing personalized nutritional plans for my patients to help them achieve their goals.

And remember: the ultimate goal of my nutritional programs is always to educate the patient on a balanced diet that keeps them healthy, without deprivation, so that they are free from any diet forever.

I strongly believe in the importance of having a human approach with the people I work with and that the nutritional plan should be tailored to the patient's needs so that it can be followed as smoothly as possible.

Over the years, I have certainly not abandoned cooking, and in fact, I have combined my experience as a cook with my knowledge of nutrition to help my patients practically, with real recipes.

I have created an Instagram profile @elisamangiarsano, where I share recipes and ideas for tasty and balanced dishes, precisely to show that you can eat healthy without sacrificing flavor.

I am regularly registered with the Lombardy Order of Biologists (OBL) with the number AA_100636.

Silvia Monti

Dr. Silvia Monti

Maternal-Pediatric Osteopath

I am an osteopath, and my clinical practice is primarily focused on the maternal-infant field, utilizing targeted techniques in the area of prevention.

In pediatric care, I support children's health from birth through manual treatments that promote bodily well-being during the adaptation to life and early childhood stages.

In maternal care, I support women's health during the physical and postural changes caused by fetal growth, reducing related discomfort and helping preventatively in preparation for labor and delivery.

My great passion for children's well-being has led me over the years to refine my skills in the maternal-infant field, achieving in March 2023 the title of Certified Pregnancy Gymnastics Instructor from ATS, earning a CONI-recognized certificate, and enrolling in the ATS Professionals Register.

This certification allows me to offer a comprehensive approach to women's health, combining osteopathic treatments with targeted exercises to provide 360-degree support during pregnancy and beyond for my young patients.

Dr. Giulia Roscio

Physiotherapist

Graduated in Physiotherapy in 2013 from the University of Milan, with a thesis titled "The scar in the child with congenital malformation: treatment problems" which already highlighted her interest in the hand district, born by chance during an internship.

After immediately starting to work in this field, in 2016 she obtained a First Level University Master's Degree in Hand Rehabilitation at the University of Milan.

She worked as a physiotherapist for more than 10 years in the specialized Hand Surgery department at IRCCS MULTIMEDICA in Sesto San Giovanni. She has developed significant confidence in the fabrication of custom-made thermoplastic splints tailored to the specific patient and pathology.

Anna Pagano

Dr. Anna Pagano

Physiotherapist

Graduated in Physiotherapy from the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University with a score of 110/110 cum laude, I subsequently decided to specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation, obtaining the diploma of "Expert in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation" and attending advanced courses and seminars.

I deal with the "things that cannot be said", those that are not treated because they cause discomfort: incontinence, post-partum issues, pelvic pain, recurrent cystitis.

My goal is to help you regain trust in your own body, to know it and understand it, in order to finally return to a state of well-being.

Every rehabilitation journey is built together with the patient and for the patient, combining professionalism, empathy, and listening.

I publish informative tidbits on my Instagram channel (@unaquestionedifondo).

I am regularly registered with the Order of Physiotherapists (FNOFI) of Como-Monza Brianza-Varese under number 7371.
